• 有田の土鍋を製作する安楽窯さんの黒釉薬土鍋です。
• 中蓋付きで、熱が回りやすく圧力がかかり、簡単ですが美味しいご飯が炊けます。大変使いやすく仕入れました。ぜひお試しください。インスタ記載もご参考にされていただければ幸いです。
• 取手付で、しゃもじを入れるときや動かすときに安定して便利です。大変熱くなりますので、取手付をおすすめします。
• 暑いので若干お安くしております。

注意事項: こちらの土鍋は「直火用土鍋」です。

• 電子レンジ、オーブン、IHではお使いいただけません。
• よく洗浄した後、フタを開けてコンロの弱火で数分乾燥させてから収納してください。
• 長時間の空焚きはおやめください。
• 発火の恐れがありますので、天ぷら、フライ等の揚げ物用には使用不可です。
• 使用後はなるべく早く洗浄し、乾燥させてください。
• 鍋底が大変熱くなりますので、移動させる場合は必ず受け皿をご使用ください。
• 鍋に残った煮汁等は早めに別の器に移してください。
• 鍋底にひび割れがございましたら使用を中止してください。
• 土鍋は本来熱に強く衝撃に弱いため、取り扱いに十分ご注意ください。

Note: This pot can cook up to 3 cups of rice. One cup of rice in Japan is approximately 180ml, so this pot can cook up to 540ml of uncooked rice, which typically yields about 6 cups of cooked rice.

Caution: This is a direct flame earthenware pot.

• Do not use it in a microwave, oven, or on an induction cooktop.
• After thorough cleaning, dry it by heating it over low heat on the stove for a few minutes with the lid off before storing.
• Do not leave it on high heat for long periods.
• Do not use for deep frying as there is a risk of fire.
• Clean and dry it as soon as possible after use.
• Always use a trivet when moving the pot, as the bottom gets very hot.
• Transfer any remaining soup or stew to another container as soon as possible.
• Discontinue use if there are cracks on the bottom of the pot.
• Earthenware pots are naturally heat-resistant but fragile to impact, so handle with care.
