予約商品の受け取りについて：
店舗でご予約頂いた・ネットショップで店舗受け渡し商品は受け渡し予定の前日にはご用意しております。
店舗が狭いために他のお客様がいらっしゃる時でも、どうぞ遠慮無くお声がください。直ぐお渡しできるよう準備してお待ちしております。　
誠に恐縮ですが、この時期、帽子とマスクの方が多くお客様のお顔が分かりません、そのため必ず先にお名前をおっしゃっていただけると助かります。よろしくお願いいたします。

Receiving Pre-ordered Items at the Real Shop:
To picking-up products at the store, we will prepare the products a day before the schedule so we can hand it over immediately.

We have difficulty identifying customer faces since all customers wear masks and sometime hats also, so we would be helpful if you could tell us your name first. Thank you
